About › No Judgment

Whatever brought you here
is not held against you.

Spiritual work attracts people who have been through things. Complicated things. Things they may not have told anyone else. That is expected here — not as an exception, but as the norm.

Whatever you have done, whatever has been done to you, and whatever you have been told about yourself — none of it determines whether you can be helped here. Judgment is not part of this work. It would also be a practical obstacle: people who feel judged do not share what is actually happening, and what is actually happening is exactly what needs to be known.

This applies to the nature of what you are asking for. It applies to your history. It applies to things you may consider dark, shameful, or outside the boundaries of what a spiritual practitioner is supposed to engage with. Those boundaries exist in other practices. They do not govern this one.

You will be taken seriously. What you are experiencing will be engaged with directly. That is the standard here — not a selling point.
